How do I install the browser extension?

Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for "Insight Draft", and click "Add to Chrome". The extension works with Chrome, Edge, Brave, and Opera. Once installed, sign in with your account and you're ready to record meetings.

Which meeting platforms are supported?

Insight Draft works with Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. The extension automatically detects which platform you're using and adapts accordingly.

Is there a bot that joins my meetings?

No. Insight Draft records directly from your browser without adding any bot to your call. Other participants won't see any "Recording Bot has joined" notification.

How is my meeting data protected?

All recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest. You control who has access to your recordings. We never share your meeting content with third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Can I record in-person meetings?

Yes. When you're not in an online meeting, you can start a recording directly from the extension to capture in-person meetings, presentations, or any conversation using your laptop's microphone.

How long are my recordings stored?

Recordings are stored for one year in our database. You can also connect Google Drive to store recordings in your own storage indefinitely.

Can I share recordings with my team?

Yes. You can share recordings with team members in your organization, or create public links for external sharing.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from the Settings page in your dashboard. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
